Harby Ongbay Abellanosa

Loyda Amor L. Natividad-Cajucom
Loyda is a seasoned nurse leader, educator, and organizational consultant with over two decades of experience in health systems strengthening, academic leadership, and quality management. A certified IRCA Lead Auditor and former Dean of Nursing at New Era University, she brings a unique blend of clinical, academic, and technical expertise to support healthcare institutions in achieving excellence in leadership, compliance, and patient safety.
Harby is a nurse executive with over a decade of leadership in healthcare administration, with expertise in nursing management, quality improvement, organizational leadership, and workforce development. A Career Executive Service Eligible, he holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is currently completing his Doctor in Nursing Management at Trinity University of Asia. As Chief Nursing Officer, he leads key initiatives in nursing governance and continuous quality improvement.

Ericka is a clinical nurse and emerging researcher at the Philippine General Hospital, with nearly a decade of experience in evidence-based practice, research, and quality improvement. A graduate of the UP College of Nursing and currently pursuing her Master of Science in Epidemiology (Clinical Epidemiology), she contributes to national guideline development, digital health innovation, and futures thinking initiatives in health and research.
Reiner Lorenzo J. Tamayo

Reiner is a public health professional and policy analyst with expertise in health systems research, policy engagement, and project and grants management. With a background in nursing, health policy, and business management, he brings a systems perspective to his work, bridging frontline practice, research, and policy to advance evidence-informed strategies for health promotion and disease prevention.
Dan Louie Renz P. Tating

Renz is a nurse and health researcher with eight years of experience in clinical and public health settings. His work focuses on guideline development, capacity building, and evidence-informed decision-making in nursing and healthcare. He holds a nursing degree from the University of the Philippines Manila and is currently completing his Master's in Clinical Epidemiology.
